Installations of RCC poles RSJ/11 Mts long spun poles with GOS, HORN GAP Fuse cross arms, pin insulators, guy sets, conductor, stringing of conductors, chain link fencing, complete as required by E.B. 2.Installation of double pole structure with metering cubicle. 3.Installation of HT metering cubicle with or without incoming isolator. 4.Incoming isolator ring mains unit with loop in and out isolator and outgoing isolator with HRC fuse and HT metering cubicle and HT cabling. 5.HRC fuse ring main unit with loop in isolator and ooutgoing 11kv breaker and HT metering cubicle total substation with distribution transformer. 6.Approvals: Inspection and Testing of HT Installation from Department of Electrical inspectorate.
LT ( Low Tension )-11kv / 433v
1.Installation of RCC/11 Mts long spun pole with cross arms, pin insulators, guysets, ACSR conductors, stringing for LT-433v completed as required by E.B. 2.Installation of 11/433v Distribution Transformer indoor/outdoor with all required protection as required by E.B. 3.Installation of 433kv motor control centers, panels for distribution of lighting and power requirements. 4.Capacitor panels automatic / manual as it is required from Electricity Supply Authority to maintain a power factor or not less than 0.90F. 5.Approval inspection and Testing LT installation from Department electrical Inspectorate.

Panels & Distribution Boards (IS-2675 OR BS-214)
1.Fabricating & installation of panels with 16 swg CR sheet steel with M/c pressing, treated for derusting atleast 3tanks process with dephosphating and painting with atleast 2 coats of approval dust and vermin proof paint and stoving in Electric chamber/ power coating.
The panel fabricated shall be totall enclosed metal clad type with double gasketing with rubber/ resin lining with control direction poster inside the panel. The panel shall be utilized for motor control, Pumps lighting & Distribution, Capacitor control lifts, Emergency Lighting, D.G.Sets AMF kitchen equipements, A/C installations, computer / UPS Installation and various and Installations.
Wiring
1.Medium Voltage distribution system at 3phase 4 wire 415v, 50Hz and single phase 2 w3ire 240v 50Hz A/c supply. 2.Installation of open / surface conduit system, Recessed conduit system. Conduits above fall ceiling PVC or MS conduits with all accessories like bends, collars, junction boxes, pull boxes etc., 3.LT cabling considering the maximum connected load, ambient temperature, groupingfactor, allowances for voltage drops of PVC insulated, armoured laid in outdoor trenches, End terminated using brass single or double compression glands with copper/aluminium lugs including testing and commissioning as per IS-1554. 4.Earthing electrodes as per IS-3943 compressing of Alu/Copper plate electrode and GI pipe electrode.
